This is a product privacy summary, not the final counsel-reviewed Privacy Policy. The formal legal page is still a launch gate.
Plurae does not ask for an email address, password, name, or phone number. The app generates a 256-bit credit token on device; the backend sees only its SHA-256 hash.
The app and this static site do not ship an analytics SDK, tracking cookie, third-party font, or behavioral event pipeline.
The Worker proxies each model turn, reserves and settles token cost, and streams the response back to the app. It does not store prompt or response content.
Chats, groups, and memories live in SwiftData on your device. When CloudKit sync is enabled, that data syncs through your private CloudKit database, not a Plurae-readable content store.
Anthropic and OpenAI routes are marked zero-data-retention in Plurae. Other configured providers do not currently support that same retention posture through Plurae, so their rows are labeled before use.
In-app purchases are handled by Apple. The planned web crypto path uses Coinbase Commerce and a redemption code; Plurae does not collect payment card details or a web checkout email.
